Robin Meihaus

Robin K. Meihaus is a litigation attorney and her practice focuses primarily on personal injury and family law.

In addition to being licensed in South Carolina, Robin is licensed to practice law in Texas and California. Robin began her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in the General Litigation Department of the Attorney General's Office in Austin, Texas. There, she defended state agencies from various civil litigation claims.  From there, she was offered a position as an associate at Burns Anderson Jury and Brenner in Austin, Texas, where she practiced personal injury and railroad defense. Today, Robin works as a litigation associate at the Rosen Law Firm, LLC in personal injury, medical malpractice and family law cases.  She also enjoys volunteering with the Charleston Pro Bono Office, where she facilitates family law clinics for pro se clients.

Robin was born and raised in Maple Shade, New Jersey, and attended Holy Cross High School.  She then attended Gettysburg College, where she played NCAA Division III soccer, studied abroad in France and Zimbabwe, and was a member of the Chi Omega sorority.  Robin graduated from Gettysburg College in 1998, with a B.A. in International Business Management.  Before attending law school, Robin worked for two years as a sales representative for PPL EnergyPlus.  Robin attended Rutgers University School of Law and graduated a semester early in 2001, after studying international law in Buenos Aires, Argentina and comparative law in Malibu, California.  Today, when she is not practicing law, Robin most likely will be found spending time with her husband Andy, and son Drew.
