Amy Temkin, Paralegal

Amy H. Temkin was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on April 23, 1976. She graduated with honors from Wake Forest University in1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Amy is a paralegal who has seven years of experience in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and civil litigation. She is an active member of the Charleston Association of Legal Assistants, where she serves as Vice-President for the local chapter and SCALAA delegate to the state organization. Amy was recently selected as one of two paralegals in the United States to be a speaker at the NALA Annual Convention. She also has experience in teaching and developing academic curricula, and is a national photography award winner.

 
 

Marcia Jones, Paralegal

Marcia Jones was born in Akron, Ohio and moved to South Carolina in 1991. She is a paralegal and has nine years of experience in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, criminal law, and domestic litigation. Marcia joined the firm in 1998 where she works primarily in the field of domestic and family law litigation. She is an active member of the Charleston Association of Legal Assistants.

 
 

Claudia Kelley, Legal Assistant

Claudia A. Kelley is a native Charlestonian and has been with the firm since 1992. She graduated from Trident Technical College in 1982 with an Associate Degree in Business. She is a member of the Charleston Area Legal Secretaries Association and Charleston Association of Legal Assistants. Claudia is a paralegal working primarily in domestic and family law.

 
 

Danielle Walker, Legal Assistant

Danielle Walker was born in Syracuse, New York on July 10, 1977. She graduated from the College of Charleston where she played on the varsity soccer team. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Media Studies. Before joining the Rosen Law Firm in 2004, Danielle worked for a law firm that primarily handled insurance defense and personal injury cases. She works primarily on civil litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. She is an active member of the Charleston Association of Legal Assistants, where she serves as the SCALAA delegate and NALA liaison for the state and national organizations respectively.

 
 

Stephenie Driver, Paralegal

Stephenie Driver was born in Jackson, Tennessee on January 20, 1972. She attended the University of Memphis from 1990 to 1992 and graduated from State Technical Institute with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been a member of the following organizations: Birmingham Legal Secretaries Association, 2003-2004; National Association of Legal Assistants, 2003-2004; American Trial Lawyers Association, 2000-2001; Memphis Paralegal Association, 1995-2001; and International Who's Who of Business Professionals, 1999-2000. She was also the Vice President of the Memphis Paralegal Association from 1996-1997. Mrs. Driver's primary work background and experience is in domestic and family law, which she has been doing since September 1995.

 
 

Linda A. Scheer, Office Manager and Accounts Manager

Linda A. Scheer joined the firm when she moved from Maryland to Charleston in 2006. She was formerly the Office Manager at the Jewish Primary Day School in Washington, D.C. Linda has over twenty years of experience in bookkeeping and office management. She moved to Charleston with her husband, an active member of the U.S. military, and her two children. Linda is the firm's Office Manager and Accounts Manager.

 
 

Lindsay Foreback, Law Clerk

Lindsay Foreback was born in Charleston, South Carolina on August 29, 1985. She graduated from the College of Charleston in December 2006, where she double majored in history and corporate communications, and received distinguished faculty honors. While attending the College of Charleston, Lindsay was active in Kappa Delta sorority and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She was also honored in Who's Who Among America's College Students. In the Fall of 2007, Lindsay enrolled at the Charleston School of Law, where she is a member of the Real Estate Society and Women in Law.
