Marcia Jones, Paralegal

Marcia Jones was born in Akron, Ohio and moved to South Carolina in 1991. She is a paralegal and has over sixteen years of experience in the areas of domestic litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, and criminal law. Marcia joined the firm in 1998 where she works primarily in the field of domestic and family law litigation. She is an active member of the Charleston Association of Legal Assistants.  Marcia cares about our clients and provides support and dedication to their cases.  She has a great deal of experience with the issues that arise in domestic litigation and works diligently to solve your problems with compassion and dedication.   

Claudia A. Rushton, Paralegal

Claudia A. Rushton is a native Charlestonian and has been with the firm since 1992. She graduated from Trident Technical College in 1982 with an Associate Degree in Business. Claudia was awarded the ALS designation by the National Association for Legal Professionals after passing the certifiacton examination in 1999.  She is a member of the Charleston Association of Legal Assistants. Claudia is a paralegal working primarily in domestic and family law.  Claudia has a thorough knowledge of the problems that people face when going through a divorce or other domestic problem.  She has worked closely with Robert Rosen for 17 years and is dedicated to solving our clients' problems and to helping them through this difficult time.

Danielle Walker, Paralegal

Danielle Walker was born in Syracuse, New York on July 10, 1977. She graduated from the College of Charleston where she played on the varsity soccer team for four years. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Media Studies. Before joining the Rosen Law Firm in 2004, Danielle worked for a law firm that primarily handled insurance defense and personal injury cases. She works primarily on civil litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. She is an active member of the Charleston Association of Legal Assistants, where she serves as the SCALAA delegate and NALA liaison for the state and national organizations respectively.  Danielle deeply cares about the clients and is always willing to go the extra mile for them in their time of crisis.  She has a compassionate nature, is very organized, and works hard to get the results our clients deserve.  

Stephenie Driver, Paralegal

Stephenie Driver was born in Jackson, Tennessee on January 20, 1972. She attended the University of Memphis from 1990 to 1992 and graduated from State Technical Institute with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been a member of the following organizations: Birmingham Legal Secretaries Association, 2003-2004; National Association of Legal Assistants, 2003-2004; American Trial Lawyers Association, 2000-2001; Memphis Paralegal Association, 1995-2001; and International Who's Who of Business Professionals, 1999-2000. She was also the Vice President of the Memphis Paralegal Association from 1996-1997. Stephenie's primary work background and experience is in domestic and family law, which she has been doing since September 1995.  Stephenie is known for her kindness and dedication to our clients.  She works hard to provide excellent representation and has a great desire to help each person in his or her time of need.

Linda A. Scheer, Office Manager and Accounts Manager

Linda A. Scheer joined the firm when she moved from Maryland to Charleston in 2006. She was formerly the Office Manager at the Jewish Primary Day School in Washington, D.C. Linda has over twenty years of experience in bookkeeping and office management. She moved to Charleston with her husband, an active member of the U.S. military, and her two children. Linda is the firm's Office Manager and Accounts Manager.  Linda is always ready and willing to help our clients with any questions or issues involving their accounts.  She is professional and compassionate in her approach to the management of the office and the service to our clients. 

Chrissy Caruso, Receptionist/Project Assistant

Chrissy Caruso was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and graduated from the College of Charleston in May 2010 as a Communication Major, concentrating in Media Studies.  She was a member of the varsity soccer team all four years  while at the College.  She works as a receptionist, project assistant, and in file management.  Chrissy is a talented and dedicated employee who is a valuable member of our team.

Grant Smaldone was raised in Myrtle Beach, SC.  He majored in political science and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2008.  He has completed his 2L year of law school at the Charleston School of Law and will be a 2011 graduate of the law school.  His interests include playing guitar and being awful at golf.  Grant works on various legal projects as a law clerk, in addition to filing court documents and working as a courier for the firm.   

 Patricia Congdon, Project Assistant/Reception

Tricia is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She relocated to Charleston to attend the College of Charleston from which she graduated in 2008 with a degree in political science. She is a student at the Charleston School of Law and eventually practicing family law.

 Ashton Daley, Receptionist

Ashton was raised in Ridgeland, South Carolina, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she majored in political science and economics.  She is a second year student at the Charleston School of Law and is interested in transactional work, contracts, and bonds.  She enjoys boating and fishing in her spare time.  Ashton works as a receptionist and as a file clerk and on special projects.
